Method:

1.  Heat the oven to gas mark 6 
2. Wash and dry the potatoes, but don't peel them. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix until the potatoes are well coated. Then tip the potatoes onto a baking tray.
4. Bake for 30-40 minuets until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
